The Event Space

Ceremony Space

1881 Occasions offers a picturesque outdoor ceremony space including cozy church pews, floral archways, and beautiful landscaping to ensure your wedding is as magical as you’ve always envisioned.

Bridal Suite

This 576 sq ft heated and cooled space offers a cozy and unique setting for the bride and her bridesmaids to get ready. Sip mimosas and enjoy all-day access to the bridal cottage with our Vintage Vows package boasting a dedicated hair and makeup room, bedroom, spacious living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

Bar and Catering

The built-in bar provides approximately 40 feet of bar space spanning nearly ½ the building and allowing 20 guests to sit comfortably. This space can easily double as your dedicated catering and bartending space and provides a great place for conversations for you and your guests.

Outside Space

We have plenty of outdoor space for any event you want to have with us. This is a perfect place to host cocktail hour, yard games, or anything else you can imagine!

All the Extras

1881 Occasions provides round, rectangular, and cocktail tables when you book with us. Also included are up to 150 gold Chiavari chairs which match perfectly with any décor or theme for your event. Linens (white or ivory), table chargers and more can be rented for an additional fee.
